FAQs
Questions we often hear
What is managed IT?
Managed IT means outsourcing the day-to-day running of your technology to a specialist for a fixed monthly fee. Instead of calling someone when things break, we proactively monitor, maintain, secure and support your systems – and act as your IT department.
How much does managed IT cost?
Our managed IT plans start from £39 per user per month (Essentials). Professional – our recommended plan for most businesses – is £59, and our all-inclusive Complete plan is £85. Prices exclude VAT and Microsoft 365 licences, with a 12-month minimum term. We’ll confirm the right plan and an exact quote after a free IT review.
Do you only support businesses near you?
No. We support businesses right across the UK – most issues are resolved remotely within minutes. On-site support is included within the M25 on our Professional and Complete plans; elsewhere in the UK we arrange visits with a simple travel charge.
We already have an in-house IT person. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Our co-managed IT service gives your in-house team extra hands, specialist expertise, enterprise-grade tools and holiday cover – without replacing them.
How do we switch from our current IT provider?
We handle the transition for you. We’ll work with your existing provider to collect passwords, documentation and licences, then onboard your systems with minimal disruption to your team.
Can you help us get Cyber Essentials certified?
Yes. We’ll assess your current setup against the Cyber Essentials requirements, fix any gaps and guide you through the certification process.
Free, no-obligation IT review
Ready for IT that just works?
Book a free IT review. We’ll look at your current setup, highlight any security risks and show you where you could save time and money – no strings attached.
